​Our client, supplier of packaging solutions for beverage industries, is looking to hire a Customer Technical Service Employee. You will:

  • Provide support in the development of new products

  • Lead implementation of technical improvements

  • Participate in evaluating customer claims

  • Contact customers regarding quality issues, visit them when required and review their complaints

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the quality management system

  • Assist and develop training to build and sustain quality awareness

  • Conduct audits, create audit finding reports, determine proper corrective and preventive actions and close audit findings

  • Participate and interact with engineering and operations groups and plant staff on quality-related matters

  • Present data to highlight problem status for areas needing attention

Profiel

  • You own a Bachelor’s / Engineering degree or above in a related field acquired

  • You have a minimum of 3 years job experience in a quality or quality-related environment

  • You have working knowledge in following areas: engineering principles, practices, and procedures, quality assurance principles, and the manufacturing process

  • You have strong communication and facilitation skills

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English
